Host a Party at Stratford Swim Club

We are excited that you are considering Stratford Swim Club for your event!

Please review our party policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.​

Party Reservation Guidelines​​

  • Both members and non-members can host parties.

  • Members bringing more than 15 guests must make a reservation.

  • Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance.

  • Submit the Party Agreement and deposit to confirm your booking.

  • Check the party agreement form for more details.​

Deposit Fees

Non-Member Deposit Fee

A deposit of $250 ($150 facility fee plus $100 security deposit) and 50% of expected guest fees are required at the time of reservation. The facility fee is non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Parties of 50 or more must be requested at least one week in advance.

Any remaining guest fees are due 1 hour before the party ends and may be billed directly to the credit card on file through Square. The security deposit may be used towards guest fees if no damages (including excessive clean-up) are assessed.

Member Deposit Fee

A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your party date, which is applied toward the cost of the party or will be refunded with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. If there is any damage to the club, the $100.00 may also not be refunded.

Important Rules​

  • No glass containers.

  • No running on the pool deck.

  • No smoking within the club premises.

  • All children 12 and under must pass a swim test.

Day of the Event​

  • Provide a guest list at the front desk.

  • Guests must sign in upon arrival.

  • The security deposit will go toward guest fees unless additional charges for damages or excessive cleanup apply.

  • Party hosts are responsible for their guests' conduct.

Restrictions​

  • The Board may decline party reservations during busy periods like Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, or club events.

  • Non-member parties are limited to a 5-hour time frame.

  • Non-member guests must leave when the host departs.

  • Hosts must sign a waiver ensuring their guests follow pool rules.

Extended Hours & Large Parties​

  • Parties with over 50 guests or outside normal hours require special approval.

  • Additional two-hour extensions (including after closing) are available for an extra $150 (members) or $200 (non-members).
